Use potato akes, not
potato powder. Bake in
batches no larger than 4-6
rolls at a time.
After baking, the rolls
will be done if they are
golden brown. If they
aren’t, continue baking in
3-minute increments until
golden brown.
Ingredients:
¾ cup warm milk (100-110°F)
½ cup warm water (100-110°F)
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup mashed potato akes
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
3¾ cups all-purpose our
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 packet yeast
