Directions:
1. Spray NuWave Baking Pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
until combined.
3. Add bread cubes to separate bowl and pour egg mixture over bread cubes.
4. Mix in cranberries.
5. Pour entire bread mixture into Baking Pan, pressing down lightly.
6. Top bread mixture with foil and place pan directly in NuWave Brio Basket.
7. Bake at 325˚F for 45 minutes.
8. Carefully remove foil and bake at 325°F for additional 10 minutes, or until custard
is set and top is a golden brown.

6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
4 cups cubed bread of choice
1 cup dried cranberries
