iv) Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter the problems below, please refer to this troubleshooting guide for quick
solution. If the problems persist, it is advisable to contact the professional or visiting the
customer service centre for further assistance. Please do not dismantle the machine without
proper advice.
UNABLE TO POWER ON
- The power cable has not be connected. Check the following wires.
1. The ACC line connect to ignition line
2. B+ connect to the positive pole of the battery
3. Ground connection ground
- The fuse has been damaged. Replace the fuse.
- The CANBUS was damaged or not connected. Please connect or replace the CANBUS box.
UNRESPONSIVE TOUCH SCREEN
- The system may execute multiple tasks. Please wait for a moment.
UNABLE TO INSERT/ PLAY DVD
- The screws on the top face of the unit has not been removed.
- Disc loaded upside-down.
- Scratched, or defective disc. Change a new disk.
- The disk format cannot be read by the machine. Change a disk of other format.
IMAGE FLASHES OR DISTORTED
- Video DVD settings do not match with the DVD. Adjust video DVD settings.
- Video connection is incorrect.
PRESET STATION LOST
- Battery cable (B+) is loose or not connected correctly.
NO SOUND
- Volume is too low. Adjust volume.
- Incorrect wiring connection. Check the wiring.
