Input Port C GPIO — This GPIO pin can be individually programmed as
an input or output pin.
ANB0 — Analog input to ADC B, Channel 0.
Comparator B, Input 3 — This is an analog input to Comparator B.
When used an analog input, the signal goes to both the ANB0 and
CMPBI3.
After reset, the default state is GPIOC4.
