A.2 Flash Memory
The Flash memory can be read at minimum V

of 2.2V.
Program or erase operations require a minimum V

of 2.7V.
A.3 Low-Voltage Inhibit
There is no low-voltage inhibit circuit. Therefore, no low-voltage reset. The associated register bits are
reserved bits.
A.4 Oscillator Options
Only crystal oscillator or direct clock input is supported.
