22.2.7 Watchdog Window Register: High (WDOG_WINH)
This section describes the watchdog window registers: high (WINH) and low (WINL)
combined. When window mode is enabled (WDOG_CS2[WIN] bit is set),
WDOG_WINH:L determines the earliest time that a refresh sequence is considered valid.
See the "Watchdog refresh mechanism" section.
WDOG_WINH:L must be less than WDOG_TOVALH:L.
