Rear Cage (Cable Management) Installation 1. The Lexa case comes with a rear cage for easy cable management. 2. Insert the plastic rear cage into the slot at the bottom of the rear panel. 3. Lock the cage in place by pushing down on the cage and sliding it into the slot at the top of the rear panel. 4. For more security use four screws to secure the cage in the back over the two side panels.
Secure the power supply by securing the four screws. Side Door Lock The Lexa provides a key and lock for the side panel for security usage. In order to open the side panel, insert the key into the lock and turn counter clock wise to open the lock. Turn the key in a clockwise direction to lock. Pull the handle in towards the right in order to open the side panel. Motherboard Installation The Lexa supports the following type of motherboards: ATX, MINI ATX, and MICRO ATX.
A1~A9 ATX F1~F9 FLEX ATX M1~M9 MINI ATX U1~U9 MICRO ATX In order to install your motherboard go through the following steps: 1. Lay your case down sideways and remove the side panel so you can see the drive cages and the standoff holes on the motherboard tray. 2. Take your motherboard and match the tray to see where you will need to install brass standoffs. 3. Remembering which standoff holes your motherboard needs, continue on to screw the brass standoffs onto the motherboard tray.
3. Connect the HDD LED (labeled H.D.D LED) and HDD LED connectors to the appropriate headers on your motherboard. (Red/White, +/-). The hard drive activity is displayed by the front led under the Power LED. When your hard drive is active, the blue LED should flash. All White Pin Connectors correspond to ground. LCD Temperature Display Installing Temperature Sensors & Powering the Meter Begin by connecting the 4 pin Molex connector coming from the meter to the Power supply.
USB, Firewire & Audio Installation USB Installation 1. The Lexa USB, Audio and Firewire connections are located at the right side of your front panel. 2. Refer to your motherboard manual and match the labels on the USB port connectors with your motherboard in order to install. Each connection is labeled by IEEE 1394 ( Firewire ), Audio, and USB for simple recognition. Audio Port Installation 1.

Begin the installation process by opening the front panel.

After installing rails on both sides of the device, slide it into the case. 5. Proceed to slide the rail into place until it locks. Check to make sure the device is secure to avoid any damage during transportation. 3.5” External Floppy Installation 1. Begin the installation process by removing the front panel and side panel. 2. Push the plastic cover out using a tool ( ie. The handle of an screw driver ) to avoid accident. Push the plastic cover out from inside the case. 3.

Pull the front panel from the opening at the bottom to remove it. 3.5” Internal Hard drive Installation 1. The Lexa case supports up to five hard drives if the accessory box is removed. 2. Begin the installing by removing the side panel. 3. Attach the rails onto the side of the hard drive and slide it into the hard drive cage.
Removable Filters 1. The Lexa case comes with two removable filters. The front fan filter removal is covered under Fan installation. In the following steps, the instruction will guide you on the removal of the bottom filter. Push down from the center of the four black pins to unlock the filter. Lexa Fan Installation The case comes with three 120mm blue color LED fans ( rear, frontal, and side). In the case where you will need to replace or change the fans, please follow the instructions below.
Unscrew the screws at the four sides of the filter to unlock the fan and filter. Top Fan Installation 1. Begin the installation process by removing the side panel. 2. Unscrew the four screws from the top of the case and replace the fan. The location of the screws and fan is displayed in the next figure. The top exhaust fan is located at the top of the case, remove the four screws to replace the fan. NZXT.
Installing PCI/AGP Cards 1. The Lexa comes with a screwless installation design for securing your peripherals during movement. 2. Begin by placing your peripheral in place. 3. After you have installed your card, secure your card by pushing the lock down and securing it.
