Wireless Connectivity
To rename a bond:
1. Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab.
2. Tap Bluetooth > Devices tab.
3. Tap the bond to rename.
4. In Display Name, enter a new name for the bond and then tap Save.
To delete a bond:
1. Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab.
2. Tap Bluetooth > Devices tab.
3. Tap and hold the bond and then tap
Delete.
Sending Information via Bluetooth
1. Tap and hold an item to send, such as an appointment in Calendar, a task in Tasks, a
contact card in Contacts, or a file in File Explorer.
2. Tap Beam type of item.
3. Tap the device to which you want to send the data. The item is sent to the device you
selected. If the device that you want to send to does not appear in the list, ensure that it is
turned on first and in visible mode, and within 10 meters of your device. Also, make sure
that your Bluetooth is activated.
Receiving information via Bluetooth:
1. Make sure that your device is configured to receive incoming data and that Bluetooth is in
visible mode.
2. Ensure that your device is within 10 meters of the device sending the information.
3. When prompted to receive an incoming data, tap
Yes. The information is now stored on
your device.
