Device Performance
Device performance can be affected by
the amount of free Program memory
available to run applications. Stop
programs you are not using by tapping
Start > Settings > System tab >
Memory > Running Programs tab and
select the running program that you
want to stop.
Free up memory by removing unused
programs, tap Start > Settings >
System tab > Remove Programs and
select the program that you want to
remove, then tap Remove.

While the phone is powered off, press Power key on the top of the phone to power it on.
To power off your O
2
Xda Flame
While the power is on, press and hold Power key on the top of the phone for about 3 seconds
to turn off the device.
To reduce the power consumption of your device, you may change the backlight duration and
brightness level. Also, you can save more power by setting the phone to turn off automatically
if it is not in use for a specic period of time.
To check battery power level
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Power > Battery tab. A bar indicates the remaining
battery power level.
To turn off the device automatically
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Power > Advanced tab and select the duration before
your device turns off by itself. This feature controls the screen standby time.
To Optomize the CPU
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Power > CPU Optimize tab and select whether to
optimize the CPU automatically, for Power saving, or for Performance.
