Cut the pipe to the desired height.
Dry t ange into the pipe to check for interference.
Apply approved Oatey primer using approved application
methods to the ange and the drainpipe.
Apply approved Oatey cement using approved application methods to the ange and drainpipe.
Secure the ange in place using approved screws and possibly anchors for your application.
Screws should pass through the nished oor and be secured into the suboor.
Push the ange down onto the pipe until it is setting ush with or on top of the nished oor.
Find the center of the ange and install the Johni-bolts.
