3 Sweet Potatoes 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Directions
1. Preheat oberdome to 450°F. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in
the High Position.
2. Wash Sweet Potatoes and slice in half lenghtwise.
3. Melt butter or margarine and mix with brown sugar.
4. Use fork to punch holes on the face of each sliced sweet potato
5. Brush each sweet potato face with brown sugar & butter/margarine glaze.
6. Bake sweet potatoes for 25 minutes. Place mini marshmallows on sweet
potato face and bake for 4 more minutes.
7. Remove from Reversible Baking Rack and enjoy!

Directions
1. Preheat the oberdome to 375°F Takes only about 5-7 minutes.
2. Prepare batter and baking pans according to package directions. Fill pans and
insert in oven on the rack setting and temperature shown on the table below
for the type of cake you are baking.
