CRANBERRY BISCUITS

1 ¼ cups Cornmeal ¾ cup Flour
½ cup Dried Cranberries 2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder ½ tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine ¾ cupMilk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in
the High Position.Grease baking pan.
2. In a medium to large bowl, mix cornmeal, our, cranberries, sugar, baking
powder and salt until combined. Stir in milk and softened butter until mixed
and forms a soft dough.
3. Drop dough (approx. ¼ cup) on prepared baking pan 2 inches apart.
4. Bake for 11 minutes or until golden.
5. Cool biscuits slightly to serve warm or completely to serve later!
*NoteThe Cooling Rack/Trivets are great to use when cooling the biscuits!


3 Granny Smith Apples (large) 1 ¼ cups Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup All-purpose Flour 2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon ½ cup Brown Sugar (packed)
¾ cup Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked 4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 400°F. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in the
High Position.
2. Coat 8”x 8” baking pan with butter (bottom & sides).
3. Peel, core and cut the apples into ¼ inch thick slices. In a medium bowl, toss
the apples with the cranberry sauce.
4. Pour the mixed fruit into the prepared baking dish.
5. Using a small bowl, mix our, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and oats until
combined. Cube the butter and add it to the mixture. Work into the oat
mixture with your ngers until it’s mixed well.
6. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the prepared fruit.
7. Place in the Oven on the reversible rack in the high position and bake for 22-
27 minutes or until the oats are toasted and the fruit is bubbling.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes to allow the cran-
apple crisp to slightly thicken.
