l User-configurable modules may use other ports entirely, depending on the settings
defined by the end user. A few examples:
The Create Email Content plugin will use the port defined in the Mail host setting in
Workflow's OL Connect Preferences.
The ports used by the HTTP Client Input task, Legacy SOAP Client and SOAP Client
plugin depend on the configured URL.
