andlogos.Inaddition,someelementsshouldappearonlyonspecificpages,suchasonlythefirst
page,orthelastpage,oronlyonpagesin-between.Examplesareadifferentheaderonthefirstpage,
andatear-offslipthatshowsuponthelastpage.

MasterPagesresemblePrintsections,andtheyareeditedinmuchthesameway(see"Editinga
MasterPage"onthenextpage)buttheycontainasinglepageanddonothaveanytextflow.Onlyone
MasterPagecanbeappliedperpageinprintedoutput.ThenaPrinttemplateiscreated,onemaster
