Attachments.
Alternatively,selectSection > Attachmentsfromthemenu.Thismenuitemisonlyavailablewhenan
Emailsectionisopenedintheworkspace.

Dynamic attachments:creating file names based on data fields
TheDynamic Attachment Script Wizardletsyouaddadifferentattachmentforeachemailrecipient.
Itcomposesonefilename(includingthepath)basedonthevalueofoneormoredatafields.
TheDynamicAttachmentwizardletsyouconcatenatethisvaluewiththebaselocationand/orfileexten-
siontoconstructthepath.DynamicAttachmentscriptsarecreatedviatheNewoptiononthetoolbarof
theScriptspanel.
1. OntheScriptspaneatthebottomleft,clickthedownwardpointingarrownexttotheNewbutton;
thenselectEmail Scripts > Dynamic Attachment.
Note: NotethatanAttachmentsscriptcreatesone single attachment.Toaddmore
attachments,youcouldeitheraddAttachmentsscripts,orclicktheExpandbuttonandedit
thescript.
2. AnewscriptcalledAttachmentshasappearedinthelist.Double-clicktoopenit.
3. ChooseanEmailsectionfromtheSectiondrop-downlist.
4. Fillinthedifferentpartsofwhichthefilenameiscomposed:

Prefix.Thefirstprefixcontainsthebasepath(oratleastthefirst,staticpartofthepath).
Forexample:C:\Attachments\,C:/Attachments/,or
file:///C:/Attachments/.
l
Data field/s.Theselecteddatafield/swillbeevaluated.Ifadatafieldisempty,theentire
rowisskipped.Otherwisetheprefix,datafieldvalueandsuffixareaddedtothepath/file
name.
l
Suffix.Thesuffixonthelastusedrowshouldcontainthefileextension,includingthedot
(forexample.pdf).
