CSS mode:IntheDesigner,CSSfilescanbeusedtostyleemailtemplates(see"Stylingtem-
plateswithCSSfiles"onpage672)buteventually,theformattingmustbeappliedinadifferent
waysinceemailclientsdonotreadCSSfiles.Thispropertydeterminesifandhowthestylesin
linkedCSSfilesareappliedtotheoutput.
