10.6.28 Adjust Text Justification and Lines per Unit
To adjust the text justification:
1. Verify that word wrap is on. The justification tools are available only when word wrap is on.
2. Do any of the following to define the region of text to which you want to apply a new text justification
setting:
To change the justification for a single paragraph, click anywhere in that paragraph.
To change the justification for one or more contiguous paragraphs, click and drag to highlight
those paragraphs.
To change the justification for text you enter from this point forward, click at the new paragraph
position.
3. Locate the Text Justification toolbar.
4. Click the appropriate justification tool.
Left justify the text.
