13.15.12 Troubleshoot Image Problems
Cannot add an image resource to the document
You receive an error message when you attempt to add an image resource to the document.
Possible
causes:
Action:
The image is not in one of the supported formats.
The image format uses an unsupported feature of one of the supported formats. For
example, PlanetPress Design does not support images in TIFF format that use LZW
compression.
Use an image editor or image conversion utility to convert the image format, or one of the
image format features to one of those PlanetPress Design supports.
