Stylesheets: What CSS stylesheets to use in producing the output. Stylesheets are
loaded in the order shown, and styles in later Stylesheets overwrites earlier ones when
the same selector is used.

JavaScript (Web and Print only): Which JavaScript resources are included in the HTML
header of the web output.
l
Up: Move the selected StyleSheet or JavaScript up in priority.
l
Down: Move the selected StyleSheet or JavaScript down in priority.
Send Email
The Send Email dialog is used to generate mail output and send it to each recipient in the
Record Set. To open this dialog, select File > Send Email, on the menu.
Note that the subject, recipients etc. must be specified before sending the email; see "Email
header settings" on page110.
For more information about the process of sending out email and the possible settings, see
"Generating Email output" on page549.
Options for this dialog:

From group:
l
Name: Enter the name that should appear when sending emails. The name is
optional.
l
Email: Enter the email address that will appear as a Sender to the email recipient. A
single email address should be written.
l
Records group:
l
All: Select to send to all records in the Record Set.
l
Selection: Select this open and enter a range of records that should be sent.
l
Attachments:
l
Print context as PDF: If a Print Context exists in the template, its output will be
generated and a PDF version of it will be attached to the outgoing email.
l
Web Page context as HTML: If a Web Page Context exists in the template, its
output will be generated as a single HTML file with all required resources
embedded in the file. This HTML file is then added as an attachment to the outgoing
email.
