Create a static document
A static document is a document where no data entry is required by the user and no database file is
required. PDF documents and PrintShop Mail documents without variables or database upload fields
are static documents.
Step 1: New Document
In order to create and order a static print job:
1 Click New Document in the Menu bar. An overview of documents is shown from which the
document can be selected. The information below each document indicates the type of data that
must be supplied. A symbol behind the Publication Type folder name indicates that there are
several documents available to that Publication Type.

2 Select a static document from the overview by clicking on the document. A PDF softproof of the
document is shown to allow the user to verify that the output is correct

3 Click Add to Cart to add the document to your shopping cart.
