Create a variable document
A variable document requires, the user to provide data. This can be done by uploading a database
file or manually input data. Documents that require user input use a web form to collect information
entered by the customer. Such a form consists of one or more modifiable elements called input fields
(e.g. text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.).
