Delete documents from a publication type
To delete documents from a publication type folder:
1 Click Publication Types in the Menu bar. The Publication Types overview page is shown.
2 Click Documents in the side menu. The following screen appears:

3 Select the check box in front of the document's name.
4 Click Delete to remove the document from the overview.
Important: A document can not be deleted while there are orders in the Order Manager that
are based on this doucment. When these jobs reach the Completed status the checkbox will be
enabled. The number of print jobs referring to this document is displayed in the column with the
-symbol.
