The shopping cart
The shopping cart allows customers to collect multiple documents in the cart before placing an order.
Each item in the cart can have a different pricing setup and quantity entry method. The appearance
of the quantity field depends on the entry method set for the document or is defined by the document
type. Documents that require a database file upload have quantity, which is determined by the number
of records in the database file.

The quantity entry method could be one the following:

Free entry field: The customer can enter a custom quantity within the minimum and maximum
quantity range (Pricing Options page).

Predefined list: The customer can select a quantity from a predefined list. This list is derived from
the volume discount tab.
