General
In the General section of the Settings menu general system settings can be defined. This section
covers the following topics:

About
The About window is the window that opens when you select Settings in the menu. The Summary
window shows the following information:
•
Statistics: This section shows information about the number of logged on users, users accounts,
companies, templates, orders and printers. If no printers are found a warning is shown telling you to
restart the PrintShop Server.
•
System information: shows information regarding the version of the software as well as
information about the technical components of the system (e.g. the IP-address of the PrintShop
Web-server, version information of the web server software and information about the database
server software.
•
PHP Info: The PHP-info button shows all PHP-settings which are important in case technical
support is required.
