Turnoffthetabletwhennotinuse.
TurningOn/Off
Toturnonthedevice,pressandholdthePowerbuttonontheunituntilyouseetheboot‐upscreenthenrelease.Itmaytake
afewminutestostartupthesystem,pleasewaitbeforeyouproceed.
Toturnoffthedevice,pressandholdthePowerbuttonuntil
youseetheoption“PowerOff”,tapon“PowerOff”andthentap
on“OK”.
Tip:Thisdevicewillsleepwiththescreenoffifitstaysinactiveforafewseconds.YoucanbrieflypressthePowerbuttontoturn
onthescreenandwakeitup.
PowerOnandOfftheDisplay
‐Shortlypressthe[Power]buttontoturnoffthedisplay.
‐Pressthe[Power]buttonagainshortlyturnthedisplayonagain.
LanguageSetting
‐ConfirmthetworequestsatthebeginningbytapingatOK.
‐Tap
on[Settings]andselect[TimeandLanguage]
‐Selectyourdesiredlanguage.

ChargingBattery
Thedevicehasabuilt‐inrechargeablebattery.Noextrabatteryinstallationisrequired.Justchargethedevicewhenit
indicateslowbattery.
Tochargethebattery,connectthedevicetoanystandardwalloutletusingtheprovidedpoweradaptor.Ittakesabout5
hourstofullychargethebattery.

a. Weadvicetouseonlythedeliveredpoweradapterwiththistablet.
b. Youcanoperatethedeviceevenwhenitisbeingcharged.Butforextendedbatterylife,itissuggestedNOTtousethe
devicewhenitischarging.
c. Itisrecommendedtochargethebatterybeforeyouusethedeviceforthefirsttime.
d. Formaximumperformance,lithium‐ionbatteriesneedtobeusedoften.Ifyoudon’tusethedeviceoften,besureto
rechargethebatteryatleastoncepermonth.
e. Shouldtherechargeablebatteryofthedevicedischargecompletely,connectthedevice(usingtheadapter)tothemain
powersourceforapproximately5‐10minutesbeforeattemptingnormaloperation.
f. Insomecases,deviceswhichhavebeenchargedforlongerperiodsoftimemaynotbeabletobeswitchedbackon.Should
thisoccuryouhavetomakeaReset.
Factory reset
Shouldyounoticeunusualbehaviororthedevicecannotbeactivated,wesuggestrestoringthedevicetothefactorysettings.
Switchoffthedevice. WhilepressingthePowerButtonandtheVolume‐Minuskeysimultaneously,startthe deviceuntil the
Recovery Mode is started. Follow the instructions under “Troubleshoot” or “Problem
Solving”. Select „Reset your PC” or
“Restore“

ConnectviaUSB
Note:OnlyuseaUSBcablewithamaximumlengthof100cm.Pleasemakesurewhen
connectingtheUSBadapterintotheUSBsocketthattheconnectoralignmentarecorrect.
Incorrectinsertionmaycausedamagetotheplugandsocket.
Ononesideoftheplugthereareusuallysmallsizesofhooksthatsecurethefixation.Pay
specialattentiontothepositionofthehooks,theyshouldshowupwardswhenconnecting
thecableintothesocketwhilethedevice
islyingonscreenup.
Inordertovieworplaybackfiles,thesemustfirstbedownloadedfromtheinternetor
transferredfromacomputerandstoredonthedeviceviaMircoSDcardorUSB‐Stick.
ATTENTION:AdirectconnectionbetweentheDeviceandComputer,viaUSB‐Cableisnot
possible!
InstallingMemoryCard
- Touseamemorycard,findthecardslotatthesideofthedeviceandtheninsertthe
memorycardintotheslotinthecorrectorientationasshown.CheckthattheMicroSD
cardisinthecorrectpositionwiththecontactpinfacingdownwardsdirectedtothe
screenasillustrated.YoumaydamagethecardandthereaderifMicroSDcardisnot
insertedincorrectposition.
- PushtheMicroSDcardintothecardslotuntilitclicks.
- Toaccessthefilesstoredinthememorycard,entertheExplorermodebytappingthe
Explorer
iconandselectthe“SDCard”directory.
- ToremoveMicroSDcard,pushthecardonceagainuntilitclicks.
Note:WerecommendusingonlyMicroSDorSDHCcardsupto128GBcapacity.
‐WhenaMicroSDcardisinsertedinorejectedfromthedevice,itmaytakefewsecondsfor
thedevicetoupdatethecontent.
‐PleaseavoidinsertingorejectingMicroSDcardwhenotheroperationisrunningasthismaycausethesystemhang.
‐DoNotremovethecardifthecontentinsidethecardisbeingplayed.Thiswillhaltthe
operationofthedeviceandmightcauseasystemhang.
‐Pleaseuseyourfingernailstoproperlyinsertorremovethecard.
ConnectingtotheInternet
(1) Swipewithyourfingerfromtheright‐handsidetowardsthecentreandopenthefunctionbarlikethis.
(2) TouchtheicontoopenAllsettingsandselect„NetworkandInternet“.
(3) Taponthenetworkyouwishtoconnecttoandthentapon“Connect”.YourTabletwillnowattempttoestablisha
connection.Iftheconnectionissuccessful,themessage“Connected”willappearbelowthenetwork.
