Assembly Notes:
During assembly, hand tighten screws. When all screws
are in place, you may then tighten all screws completely.
CAUTION:
1. Do not use this chair as a step ladder.
2. Check for loose screws and tighten them every 6 months.

Please read all instructions before assembly.
Tools Needed: Allen Wrench

Step 1: Insert Casters

into Chrome Base

. Place Gas Lift

the center hole of the Chrome Base

with wide end going
into base.
Step 2: Place Chair Seat

upside down on a level, non-abrasive
surface and align pre-drilled holes in Chair Seat

with holes in
Adjustable Arms

making sure that the adjustable height arm
buttons are on the outside and secure using Long Screws

Tighten using Allen Wrench

Step 3: Align the holes in the bar on the Chair Back

with the holes at
the back of the Chair Seat

and attach using Short Screws

Tighten using Allen Wrench

Step 4: Carefully place the Chair Seat

with attached back and arms
onto the Gas Lift

aligning the hole in the Chair Seat with the
Gas Lift. Press down on the Chair Seat to secure in Chrome
Base
