If the problem is not resolved, even after all of the above have been per-
formed, contact Technical Support with the error information.
The color
has a poor
reproduction
or has poor
color density.
The imaging cartridge
may be defective.
Remove the imaging cartridge and
check for damage. If it is damaged,
replace it.
Perform AIDC. (On the control panel
menu, go to
MAIN MENU/QUAL-
ITY MENU/AIDC/REQUEST
AIDC
, then select YES.)
