1 Staple OFF / Left Position /

document.
2 Punch OFF / Left Position /
Right Position
Allows you to select the
punching options (and
sub-options) that will be
applied to the
document.
3 Face up/down Face up, Face down Allows you to select the
output placement and
stacking order.
4 Collate Collate, Group Collate prints 1 entire
copy/set of the multiple
copy document at a
time (e.g. pages
1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,…)
Group batch prints the
multiple copy document
page by page (e.g.
pages
1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,…)
