Printing with Various Functions

1. Convenient Print Functions

Downloading PS Files

You can download PostScript les to the printer

and print them.

Note

● This function is available only when you are using a TCP/

IP network.

● The OKI LPR Utility is not available with the Mac OS X PS

printer driver.

For OKI LPR Utility

1 Launch the OKI LPR Utility.

2 Select [Download] from the [Remote

Print] menu.

3 Select the le to download and click

[Open].

After nishing the download, the PostScript le is

printed.

Printing Out PS Errors

You can print out the details of PostScript errors

when they occur.

Note

● This function is not available with the Windows PCL printer

driver, the Windows XPS printer driver, and the MAC OS X

PS printer driver.

For Windows PS Printer Driver

1 Open the le you want to print.

2 From the [File] menu, select [Print].

3 Click [Preferences].

4 On the [Layout] tab, click [Advanced].

5 Click [Send PostScript Error Handler]

under [PostScript Options] and select

[Yes] from the drop-down list.

6 Click [OK] until the print setup dialog

box is closed and printing starts.
