How to interpret the last reception report.
Act. No. Indicates the activity reference number.
Type Indicates the type of transaction associated with the document.
Doc. R. Indicates the specific nature of the document.
POLL. Document sent by polling.
Document received and printed.
0001
÷ 9999 Document reference number.
PC Document received during transmission on PC
RDR Information sent to the remote device during diagnostic session
RDS Information received from the remote device during diagnostic
session
Identifie r Indicates the correspondent’s facsimile number.
Date/time Indicates the date and time of reception.
Length Indicates the reception duration.
Page Indicates the number of pages received.
Result Indicates the result of reception.
OK Reception successfully completed.
XXXX (service code) Error occurred during reception (see the “SIGNALS
AND SERVICE CODES” chapter.
ACTIVITY REPORT
This report provides information on the transmission/reception transactions performed.
It is printed automatically every 30 transmission/reception operations, if the “ACTIVITY REPORT” parameter
was enabled in the operating configuration (see the “Setting the operating configuration parameters” section
of the “PROGRAMMING” chapter). When this report is printed, all the information on the operations performed
is cleared from the memory.
