How to interpret the activity report.
Act. No. Indicates the activity reference number.
Type Indicates the type of transaction associated with the document.
TX Transmission
RX Reception
Doc. R. Indicates the specific nature of the document.
ADF Document sent from the ADF.
Document received and printed.
POLL. Document received by polling.
000 ÷ 9999 Document reference number.
PC Document received during transmission on PC
RDR Information sent to the remote device during diagnostic session
RDS Information received from the remote device during diagnostic
session
Identifier Indicates the correspondent’s facsimile number.
Date/time Indicates the date and time of transmission/reception.
Length Indicates the transmission/reception duration. If the values appear
in brackets, this means that several transmission attempts were
made (automatic redial feature).
Page Indicates the number of pages sent or received.
Result Indicates the result of transmission/reception.
OK Transmission/reception successfully completed.
XXXX (service code) Error occurred during transmission/reception (see
the “SIGNALS AND SERVICE CODES” chapter).
