BEFORE TRANSMITTING/COPYING

2 : P R E P A R A T I O N
To perform this operation:
a. Press FUNCTION followed by 2.
b. Press START to access the menu.
c. Press
∨∨ or ∧∧ to select the parameter that you want
to program.
Example: Select the “IMAGE” parameter.
d. Press START to start programming the parameter
selected. The display shows the current value of the
selected parameter.
e. Press SET/CONF. to confirm the value or:
press
∨∨ or ∧∧ to select an alternative value (64 GREY
TONES or OFF).
The facsimile machine is automatically set for the
next parameter.
Repeat the procedure from step c if you wish to
program the remaining parameters or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
