ACTIVITY HANDLING

CONNECTION ACTIVITIES

This section explains how to select, print or delete one or all the connection activities set.

o The facsimile is on. There is no document in the ADF. The same conditions apply to the deletion

and printing operations.

TO SELECT

1. Press FUNCTION followed by 0.

2. Press START to access the menu.

The display shows the first function on the menu.

3. Press START . The display shows the number

associated with the first connection activity.

If the message “END OF LIST” appears on the display,

this means that no connection has been made. In this

case, the facsimile machine returns to the “ACTIVITY

HANDLING” menu functions.

4. Press the

∨∨ or ∧∧ key to select the activity, e.g. 0015.

If the message “END OF LIST” appears, this means

there are no other connection activities.

5. Press STOP once to return to the “ACTIVITY

HANDLING” functions, or:

press STOP twice to quit the menu.
