REPORTS
By printing reports, the facsimile machine enables you to check on most of the transmission and reception
operations carried out.
These reports represent a record that enables you to check the date and time of a transaction, the number
and size of documents handled and other useful information.
You can choose whether to print the reports or not. If you decide to, remember that the print format of each
report - irrespective of the amount of information - is a single sheet and that it is not printed automatically if
any of the following conditions arise: "paper out, print head missing, ink out, cover open, paper jam, power
failure and interruption of the operating procedure". If you like, you can display or print the report by following
the procedure described below.
For other information on the facsimile transactions, see the “Connection activities” section of the “ACTIVITY
HANDLING” chapter.

For a more detailed description of the keys, see the “Console” section of the “GETTING TO KNOW THE
FACSIMILE MACHINE” chapter.
Note also that any of the procedures described in this chapter can be aborted at any time by pressing the
STOP key once or twice, depending on the procedure.
If no data is entered for two minutes while carrying out a procedure, the procedure is abandoned and
the facsimile machine returns to stand-by mode.
LAST TRANSMISSION REPORT
This report provides information on the last transmission operation performed.
It is printed automatically if the “LAST TX REPORT” parameter was enabled in the operating configuration
(refer to the “Setting the operating configuration parameters” section of the “PROGRAMMING” chapter).
If the “LAST ERROR REPORT” parameter was enabled in the operating configuration, the facsimile machine
will only print the report if transmission is unsuccessful.
