5.9.2 Printing a duplicate receipt
A copy of the receipt can be printed by pressing the SUB TOTAL key. This function must be enabled when
programming the P-register.

5.9.3 Display open tracks
All the open tracks of the current clerk are displayed after pressing the TRACK key.
If the current clerk has Manager rights, all the open tracks of all the clerks are displayed.
5.9.4 Cancelling open tracks
All the open tracks of the current clerk are displayed after pressing the TRACK key.
Use the
  keys to select a track. Press the VOID key to delete the track.
5.9.5 PLU groups
All the PLUs assigned are displayed after pressing the GROUP PLU key.
Press the
  keys to select them. Press the CASH key to confirm the selection.
5.9.6 Display last registration
Press the SEPARATE key to display the last registration.
5.9.7 Working for another clerk
A clerk assigned Manager rights can log on by means of any other clerk number and carry out all transactions
in their name.
Procedure: Clerk number xx
MODUS
After removing the clerk key, the old rights are restored.
6 Cash Register Operation – Tracking System
The tracking system serves to record individual registrations. A TRACK can be opened at any time, registered or
corrected with PLU or DEPT and the track can be closed again. The final receipt is printed out after the track has been
paid.
Comment: All the transactions described in Chapter 5 are operated identically in connection with the tracks. An
exception is that the first step is always to open the track and the final transaction to close the track.
