Note: The kitchen printer number (KP #) of the

kitchen receipts can be reprogrammed in

kitchen files (see Chapter 6.31).

6.6.1.11 PLU stock counter

The stocks relate to the number of pieces of an item (PLU) in stock.

Note: Since the current stock of a PLU can be printed in the reports, the system option 11 (status code 1) for the

PLU stock counter must be activated (see Chapter 6.17).
