Date and Time
This menu is used to set the date and time.
1. Press the F button.
2. Use the G and M buttons to navigate to the DATE/TIME menu
option.
3. Press the F button.
4. Use the digit keys to enter the year.
Note: Press the ; and 9 digit keys in succession to set the year 2009.
This procedure is the same to enter the month, day, hour and minute.
5. Press the F button.
6. Use the digit keys to enter the month.
7. Press the F button.
8. Use the digit keys to enter the day.
9. Press the F button.
10.Use the digit keys to enter the hour.
11.Press the F button.
12.Use the digit keys to enter the minute.
13.Press the F button.
Registering a Handset
Up to 5 handsets, including those from other manufacturers, can be
operated from your base station. However, the handsets must comply with
the GAP standard. To register handsets from other manufacturers, please
proceed according to the instructions in their corresponding manual. It is
possible that not all the functions will be available with these handsets.
Note: GAP: Generic Access Profile = Standard for the interoperation of
handsets and base stations from different manufacturers.
1. Press the f button on the base station for 10 seconds.
Note: The base station is then in Registration mode for 3 minutes. Continue
with the handset.
2. Press the F button.
3. Use the G and M buttons to navigate to the REGISTER menu
option.
4. Press the F button.
5. Use the G and M to select between BASE 1 − BASE 4.
6. Press the F button.
7. Enter the 4−digit PIN.
8. Press the F button.
Deregistering a Handset
Note: The handset with which the deregistration process is performed
cannot be deregistered itself. You can only deregister other handsets
registered on the same base station. This ensures that a minimum of one
handset is registered to the base station.
1. Press the F button.
2. Use the G and M buttons to navigate to the DE−REGISTER menu
option.
3. Press the F button.
4. Enter the 4−digit PIN.
5. Press the F button.
6. Use the digit keys to enter the number of the handset (e.g. 2).
7. Press the F button.
