Surcharge / discount after the subtotal, i.e. of the whole sales slip, are calculated accurately, the total sum
will be subsequently rounded according to the setting and surcharge / discount are calculated backward.
When rounding the VAT, the VAT base is being rounded, i.e. after initialisation the VAT is being rounded
down to hellers
Training mode
:
the operating mode „TRAINING“ is for the training of cash desk transactions. Turn the key
to „X“ enter 85 and press the [
&$6+] key. A receipt is printed with the word
TRAINING .You can now practice all transactions, the receipts are printed with the line
TRAINING.
End the training mode by turning the key to REG
NOTE: The factory sets Key #16 as the training key. The transactions are
printed through the reports X/Z 86 and X/Z 87.

4.2 Structure (reservation) of the cash desk memory
S-mode:
 [ # / .9 ] (The complete table appears in the display)

1. Scroll: with the arrow key line (in the display up-down)
or with the
[ &$6+ ]Key.
2. Changing values: Enter VALUE and confirm with
[&$6+]
3. End programming with the key
[ # / .9 ]
All values (AA – HH) are entered according to the table in chapter 4.1, by scrolling with the
[&$6+] key.
Confirmation of the memory reservation is done with the key
[ # / .9 ]. SYSTEMSETTINGS appears in the display
choose between ABORT or START and confirm with the
[ %$5] Key. After a short time the process is finished and
the cash desk prints out the memory reservation in Hex-Address form with the heading.
