J = a restricted selection of variable text, message for kitchen (SECTION 40), when registering

0 = permissible all kitchen messages (max. 4 messages may be registered for 1 PLU)
TK = T = number of Order (0 – 9)
K = number of kitchen file (kitchen order) (0 – 8)
Note:
If PLU is allocated to DEP with a one-item DEP feature, then also PLU becomes a one-item. After the reset,
all PLUs have an automatic status = 0
Note: The KD# controls the receipt printout of the PLU on the kitschen printer, see table in SECTION 43.
Remark: If a PLU of a WG is assigned the attribute „single item WG“ , then the PLU becomes a single
item PLU (in a direct sell). All PLUs are automatically given status = 0 after a reset.

Note:
Link PLU may be deleted using the key [ 92,' ] only in such case that it has not already been registered
(i.e. it has not been sold)
