Note: The kitchen printer number is allocated in the PLU-programming (section 03/ column 14) and controls the receipt
printout for the PLU on the kitchen printer.
The kitchen printer number is controlled as follows:
# 1,2,3,4, = consolidated receipt on the kitchen printer
# 5 = single receipt + collected receipt, two or more identical articles have only a single receipt
# 6 = single receipt without a collected receipt, two or more identical articles have only a single receipt
# 7 = single receipt + collected receipt, two or more identical articles each have a seperate receipt.
# 8 = single receipt without a collected receipt, two or more identical articles each have a seperate receipt
