Olympic Waterguard Clear Multi-Surface Waterproofer penetrates the
surface, providing 2-way protection against water damage and mildew
growth on the film. Use Olympic Waterguard Clear Multi-Surface
Waterproofer to protect exterior surfaces such as concrete, brick,
stucco, masonry, grout, mortar, terrazzo, wood, wood shingles, pres-
sure treated wood, wood decks, and outdoor wood furniture.

COVERAGE: Coverage will vary due to porosity of surface and appli-
cation techniques. One gallon (3.78 L) will normally cover 100 to 150 sq.
ft. (9 to 14 sq. meters) on highly porous surfaces; 250 to 350 sq. ft. (23
to 33 sq. meters) on less porous surfaces.
DRYING TIME: Normally dries in 12 to 24 hours when applied in opti-
mal temperatures of 50°F (10°C) to 90°F (32°C). Application in high
humidity or in temperatures below 50°F (10°C) may prolong drying time.
Allow 24 to 48 hours of drying time before light foot traffic or replacing
furniture.
CLEANUP: Clean brushes and tools with warm, soapy water.
DISPOSAL: Contact your local environmental regulatory agency for
guidance on disposal of unused product. Do not pour down a drain or
storm sewer.
FLASH POINT: Over 200ºF (93ºC)

LIMITATIONS OF USE
Apply when no precipitation is expected for 24 hours and when air and
surface temperatures are 40°F to 90°F (4°C to 32°C) and will remain
above 40°F (4°C) for the next 24 hours. If the surface is too hot to touch,
lightly mist the surface using a garden hose to cool the surface before
applicatio. Caution: Avoid direct skin contact with hot surfaces. Avoid
staining in direct sunlight.
While this product provides a mildew resistant coating, growth may still
occur if the substrate is not properly prepared prior to painting and/or if
the substrate is consistently exposed to conditions conducive to mold,
mildew, and algae. Examples of these conditions include, but are not
limited to, under eaves, behind shrubbery and trees, and in areas that
are consistently damp with little to no direct sunlight.
Not recommended for recently painted or sealed surfaces. Do not use
on plastic, rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl, concrete or any non-porous sur-
face.
