5. Use the stage navigator to move the stage so that the cross of the cal-
ibration slide is in the middle of the cross hair.
6. Fine focus with [Ctrl] + mouse wheel.
7. Switch off live mode and change to the BFMono observation method.
8. Switch on live mode again.
