12. In the [Calibrations] dialog box select the [Camera Shift] entry and click the
[Edit] button.
13. In the [Camera Shift] dialog box be sure to select the correct objective (20x)
and enter the values you measured manually to align the two cameras
being used.
14. Click the [OK] button to finish the calibration process.
