H USING SILENCE COMPRESSION

VOICE ACTIVÀTED (SCVA) RECORDING

In order to iiTiprove perfdrrriarice in long recordings,

this recorder is equipped with á voice activated re-

cording (calied yCVA bÿ Olympus) function plus a

new silence compression function that allows longer

recordings to be made with the same memory ca

pacity.' • ■

record (REC) button to start voice activated re-

(3) The recording start level can be adjusted with the

is activated. Adjust to á volume between 1 and
