An Olympus xD-Picture Card is required for panoramic shooting. Cards by other manufacturers do not support panoramic shooting. Panoramic shooting is not available using a microSD card in the microSD Attachment. The focus, exposure (p. 19), zoom position (p. 19), and [WB] (p. 25) are locked at the first frame.

Printing Direct printing (PictBridge*1) By connecting the camera to a PictBridgecompatible printer, you can print images directly without using a computer. To find out if your printer supports PictBridge, refer to the printer’s instruction manual. *1 PictBridge is a standard for connecting digital cameras and printers of different makers and printing out pictures directly. 2 Turn on the printer, and then connect the printer and camera.

Using OLYMPUS Master 2 System requirements and installation of OLYMPUS Master 2 Windows After the computer detects the camera, a message indicating the completion of the setting appears. Appendix Camera care Exterior • Wipe gently with a soft cloth. If the camera is very dirty, soak the cloth in mild soapy water and wring well. Wipe the camera with the damp cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth. If you have used the camera at the beach, use a cloth soaked in clean water and wrung well. Monitor • Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Lens • Blow dust off the lens with a commercial blower, then wipe gently with a lens cleaner. Battery/Charger • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Using your charger abroad • The charger can be used in most home electrical sources within the range of 100 V to 240 V AC (50/60Hz) around the world. However, depending on the country or area you are in, the AC wall outlet may be shaped differently and the charger may require a plug adapter to match the wall outlet. For details, ask at your local electrical shop or travel agent. • Do not use travel voltage converters as they could damage your charger.

Using the microSD Attachment Do not use the attachment with Olympus digital cameras that do not support this microSD Attachment, as well as with other brands of digital cameras, computers, printers, and other devices that support xD-Picture Card.
