Replacement installations: Check the rope thoroughly for any fraying before putting
new clips on the halyard. Lower the flag and put the flag clips on the halyard to match
the grommets of the flag you will be flying.
Flag Clip Attachment: Slip a loop through the eye of the flag clip bottom and pull over
the top of the clip and tighten.
