Warranty Information for 15 ft. and 20 ft. In-Ground Sectional Flagpoles

Flagpole Parts - You have purchased a residential grade flagpole set. Olympus Group will warrant

ground set sectional aluminum flagpole kits for 90 days from date of purchase against defect in

materials and workmanship.

This limited warranty covers only the hardware and aluminum pole parts from failure. Warranty does

not cover improper installation, flagpole use for other than purpose intended, overloading by flying

incorrect flag size or multiple flags, accident or neglect by owner, alterations to existing product, or

accessories such as flag snaps/clips, rope, cable assemblies, etc.

Any warranty, statutory or otherwise, does not include free replacement of parts when damage or

defect is a result of accident, abuse or weather conditions.

Note: Olympus recommends removing the flag during sustained and extreme wind conditions (30+ mph

and higher) to reduce the wind load on the flagpole thereby reducing its chances of failure.
