Problem Possible cause Solution
Operation is different
from usual.
The settings of functions have
been changed.
Try [Reset settings]. Various functions will
be restored to their initial (factory default)
settings. Time clock settings and recorded
files are retained (☞ P. 75).
Unable to connect with a
Bluetooth® device.
LS-P4 model only
The Bluetooth® device to be
connected is not in a connectable
state.
Make the Bluetooth® device connectable
and then try configuring the settings again
(☞ P. 98).
The distance between the
Bluetooth® device and voice
recorder is too far or there is an
obstruction between them.
Place the Bluetooth® device within 1 m of
the voice recorder and then try configuring
the settings again (☞ P. 98).
The pairing information has been
deleted.
Perform pairing setting again (☞ P. 98).
Noise is output when
a Bluetooth® device is
used.
LS-P4 model only
The distance between the
Bluetooth® device and voice
recorder is too far or there is an
obstruction between them.
Use the device close to the voice recorder.
The volume cannot
be changed with the
recorder while playing
a file on a Bluetooth®
device.
LS-P4 model only
The volume for a file being played
on a Bluetooth® device cannot be
changed using the recorder.
Change the volume with the Bluetooth®
device.
Recording cannot
be monitored from a
Bluetooth® device.
LS-P4 model only
Recording on a Bluetooth® device
cannot be monitored from the
Bluetooth® device.
You can monitor the recording from the
recorder (☞ P.31).
