SAFETY and GENERAL INFORMATION
Save these instructions. Foryoursafety,read,understand,andfollowtheinformationprovidedwithandonthis
bead breaker before using. The owner and operator of this equipment shall have an understanding of this bead
breaker and safe operating procedures before attempting to use. The owner and operator shall be aware that use
and repair of this product may require special skills and knowledge. Instructions and safety information shall be
conveyed in the operator's native language before use of this bead breaker is authorized. If any doubt exists as to
thesafeandproperuseofthisbeadbreaker,removefromserviceimmediately.
Inspect before each use.Donotuseifbroken,bent,crackedordamagedpartsarenoted.Anybeadbreakerthat
appearsdamagedinanyway,oroperatesabnormallyshallberemovedfromserviceimmediately.Ifthebeadbreaker
hasbeenorsuspectedtohavebeensubjectedtoashockload(aloaddroppedsuddenly,unexpectedlyuponit),
immediately discontinue use until bead breaker has been checked by a factory authorized service center (contact
distributorormanufacturerforlistofauthorizedservicecenters).Itisrecommendedthatanannualinspectionbe
donebyqualiedpersonnel.LabelsandOperator'sManualsareavailablefrommanufacturer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Omega Hydraulic Bead Breaker is designed to work on most rims up to 26". It is expressly intended to be used
asanaidinbreakingthebeadsealbetweenatireandit’sonepiecewheelforthepurposeofresealingbeadseal,
replacementoftireorwheel,replacingtirevalve,tiretubeetc.Beadbreakerworksdirectlyonthebeadofthetire
and will not damage the tire if used correctly.
NEVER use this bead breaker on split rim / multi-piece wheel assemblies! DO NOT use this device on an
inated tire! Remove tire from vehicle and Deate completely before attaching bead breaker to wheel.
