ASSEMBLY

Model 31252:

1. Attach four 3-1/2" casters (#16) to legs (#22) and base (#15) with bolts & washers

(#18 & 17)

2. Attach two 3” casters (#19) to base (#15) with bolts, lock washers & at washers

(#18, 17 & 20)

3. Attach upright (#9) to the base (#15) with bolts, washers & nut (#24, 7 & 8). Hand tighten only.

4. Attach two of each braces (#14) to upright (#9) with one bolt, washer & nut

(#13, 7 & 8)

. Attach the other end to the inside

of base (#15) with two bolts, washers & nuts

(#10, 7 & 8)

. Tighten all nuts.

5. Attach two legs (#22) to base (#15) with bolts, washers & nuts (#13, 7 & 8). Insert bolts from outer part of base.

6. Align holes on legs (#22) and base (#15), then slide in lock pins (#21) and secure with cotter pins (#23).

7. Slide head plate assembly (#6) into collar at top of upright (#9). Insert bolt (#10) to fasten head plate assembly.

8. Attach four mounting arms (#4) to the head plate assembly (#6) with bolts, at washers, lock washers & nuts

(#5, 3, 2 & 1).

9. Insert handle (#12) into hole on head plate assembly (#6). Place handle grip (#11) on each end of handle.

Note: Check all fasteners for tightness, tighten where required.

To fold for storage:

a. Remove cotter pin (#23) and lock

pin (#21) from both legs (#22).

b. Carefully and slowly fold leg (#22)

up.

c. Slide two of each lock pins (#21)

into the front hole of the base (A)

and secure with cotter pins (#23).
